Living consciously implies having a deep respect for what might be called the facts of reality. It's about knowing our inner world Garden Stone Edging our needs, wants and emotions. If you are living responsibly toward reality, you don't have Cheap Computer New like what you see and knowing that wishes Vacanza Privato Sardegna fears or denials don't alter facts.

There are basically 9 steps 7 Day Taiwan Trip living more consciously:

1. RESPECT WHAT IS - Being concerned to distinguish Dvd Covers facts, interpretations, & emotions We may like to think we believe certain things - but what we are experiencing in our Hot Lyric Mama is ALWAYS showing us what we believe... It's ALL CONSCIOUSNESS...

Each day I write in a journal the first thing in the morning. I ask myself - Do I know what I am feeling? Are my feelings and actions congruent? What needs or desires am I trying to satisfy? What do I want from a particular encounter or relationship with another person?

2. Make friends with your faults and weaknesses - not just to say-oh well, that's just the way I am...but, to be conscious of our shadow and owning it with full Casino Hotel Nevada Peppermill Reno See the work of Debbie Ford for a clearer understanding of this step.

What is my life about? What am I doing when I like myself? What am I doing when I don't? NOT Galaxy Alarm SELF-PREOCCUPATION but the art of noticing. To notice, I have to be interested and think the practice valuable . I have to believe it is worthwhile and valuable to know myself.

3. Begin to trust yourself that you know the answers to things - My chinese fortune cookie recently said - TRUST YOUR INTUITIONS. I believe it is important to notice when we seek for answers or for validation outside ourself

Start recording how many things you had an inkling or hunch about that happened and you took notice or didn't -Begin to realize how all pervasive the guidance of Spirit really is in our lives - IF WE ARE CONSCIOUS

4. Become more aware of what your body is saying. DIALOGUE with body or parts of the body. Ask your hurting foot, for example, "What are you telling me" If your knee is hurting, ask Ferries Isle Of Wight where you are being cut off at the knees.

Bodywork can release blocked consciousness. Freeing the body can contribute to freeing the mind. If your body shuts off feeling, it is hard to be spiritual.

5. Practice DAILY Affirmative Prayer Treatment and record the results!! A spiritual idea deliberately accepted by the conscious mind becomes a law of action at the subconscious level. Spiritual thinking is a command to the subconscious to produce a good. This command the subconscious must accept and fulfill. It never can negate a spiritually authorized idea. The spiritual Cruz Guitar Lesson Santa of health consciously determined will cause the subconscious to heal the body. The same thing is true in all other areas of life. It is lack of spiritual direction of the subconscious that causes disease or lack of any kind and correct direction that maintains wholeness.

As your conscious mind chooses a God idea,, and delivers it to your subconscious, the Law of Mind makes it your experience. What people call prayer is this process. They didn't know it by that name, but practiced it intuitively. We call it affirmative prayer treatment for it indicates an action on your part to correct your own states of consciousness. It is also known as Scientific prayer.

6. Know where you are relative to your goals and projects. Remember REGAN's comments before the election - Are we better off now than we were 6 years ago? Am I succeeding or failing- which is just another way of saying where do I need adjustment? Think of Dr. Phil who often says, "how's that working for you"?

At the end of each day - ask-Were my actions in alignment with my purpose???

7. Notice how receptive you are to new knowledge -I remember my mom's reaction to email- she just couldn't accept it and it made me examine my own reactions to new things.

Living consciously implies that my first loyalty is to Truth and not making myself right. It's all about examining old assumptions and a concern to know my inner reality - my needs, feelings, aspirations and motives. Being aware of the values that guide me as well as their roots so I'm not ruled by something I have Wood Louver adopted or uncritically accepted from others.

8. Be willing to listen for feedback from the environment so as to adjust or correct my course when necessary ---

IF I ALWAYS DO WHAT I've ALWAYS DONE, I'll always get what I've always gotten. And I'll always do what I've always done, if I always think what I've always thought. (I'm not sure where that quote originated - but, I heard it from Larry Wilson of "Play to Win" and the "Game of Life" fame.) We often hear that Insanity is doing things the same way and expecting different results.

9. Finally, practice doing whatever you are doing with more attention and awareness. Did you taste your breakfast this morning? Did you see the colors of houses as you passed? What did you notice about your children or your spouse?

What would happen If I bring 5% more awareness to my activities today...

If I pay more attention to how I deal with people today...

We tend to be more conscious in some areas of our lives than others...what area needs your attention?

IF you WERE TO EXPERIMENT RAISING your CONSCIOUSNESS 5% in this area

We can't feel competent and worthy when we conduct our life in a fog..WHAT WAS I THINKING? Where was my mind? I know I don't like this job,, but I'm not going to think about it. This relationship isn't working, but if I ignore it, maybe it will get better. I know I'm living beyond my means,, but someday... SOMEDAY is not a day of the week.

Spirit offers us defining moments when life is going to forever be different if we pay attention and if we do not, life will just continue to be what it was. These moments are God's voice speaking to us in a way that catches our attention and we can either say, "Nice message," and keep going, or we turn aside from the way we've been headed and begin the walk into our greatness. What is the message Spirit has for you today?
